Very happy with hospice at home service, excellent staff very friendly. Phone calls were very supportive, great to know someone is there in the night.

The care is very good from when I am picked up always a good word. Then when we are dropped off. You come in to see everybody there is always smiling and they are all ready to help. It is a pleasure to come here. A big thank you to all. Nothing is too much trouble. All ready to help.

The care I get is very good and the care for others is the same, nice to come hear, everybody from when you are picked up to when you go always.
A kind word and smile be a great shame to alleviate.

From the moment we arrived our father was made made comfortable and pain free. He was given such fantastic care and we can't praise Trinity hospice enough. He hasn't needed for anything.
The doctors, nurses and volunteers have looked after all of us and in our eyes are angels.
They have seemingly unlimited patience and too much trouble. There is genuinely nothing that could be done to improve our personal experience. We were even allowed to bring the dog to see him every day which allayed his fears and brought him so much comfort. We can't thank you all enough for making an unbearable experience bearable.
